What to bring
Attire
Attire on the island is casual during the day, with guests wrapped in sarongs or kaftans and barefoot in the sand. Guests are asked to wear bathing suit cover-ups and shoes or sandals in the restaurants and bars. Island chic is the keynote for evenings and smart casual resort attire is required.
Currency
Local currency is the Maldivian Rufiyaa (MRf). Although all billings are made in US dollars, most other foreign currencies can be exchanged at the resort. Please note, however, that the Maldivian Rufiyaa cannot be exchanged for any other currencies at the Resort.
Payment Methods
All billings are made in US dollars. Bills may be settled in US currency or by credit card. The resort accepts major credit cards including American Express, JCB, MasterCard and Visa.
The following currencies can be exchanged at the resort into US Dollar: Australian Dollar, Euro, British Pound, Hong Kong Dollar, Japanese Yen, Singapore Dollar, Swedish Krone and Swiss Franc.
Electricity
Electricity is supplied at 115 or 240 volts.
