The ‘Pedicure de Bastien’ is comprised of three steps: medical, aesthetic and attention to overall well being. First, Bastien eliminates any nail problem or rigidity of the epidermis using traditional medical techniques practiced in podiatry. Next, Bastien addresses the aesthetic of the nail, increasing the overall shine and color without a hint of polish. Finally, Bastien massages the leg and feet using therapeutic movements practiced during physical rehabilitation to relieve tension and heaviness while increasing blood flow.
