Tim Kirk joins us from the award-winning Clonakilla Winery in Canberra to share his passion for evocative wines. As Chief Winemaker, Tim is widely celebrated as one of Australia’s most prestigious winemakers and creates many of Australia’s great reds.
Sample some of the finest Clonakilla vintages with a bespoke wine and cheese tasting led by Tim. In the evening, savour a truffle-inspired degustation dinner prepared by Executive Chef Nancy Kinchela and accompanied by Clonakilla wines hand-selected by the winemaker.
