Put your faith in our brilliant chefs and select one of Nobu Cape Town's Omakase experiences – menus created ‘from the heart’ in the Japanese tradition, just for you. Indulge your daring side and pair your meal with sake, Japan’s celebrated rice-based wine, bursting with umami and a potent kick. Finish with our soft and silky homemade mochi or Nobu’s unique take on our South African delicacy, malva pudding.

Cristal Champagne Brunch
Join Head Chef Harold Hurtada and his team at Nobu for a lavish gourmet brunch on the last Saturday of every month, from 11:30am to 2:30pm, with live DJ entertainment. The menu perfectly highlights the harmony between Nobu’s exceptional cuisine and the most sophisticated creation of Louis Roederer’s ‘Cristal’, one of the most revered Champagnes in the world. The brunch includes a glass of Louis Roederer on arrival and a ‘free-flow’ of exquisite South African wines throughout the meal.
R 1,380 per adult (wine pairing is inclusive during the months of June through to October). Children aged four to 12 enjoy 50% off.
Enjoy a ‘free-flow’ of Cristal for an additional R 1,900 per person, or R 800 per person for Louis Roederer Champagne.
