• All rates are per room per night and are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR), and are subject to change without notice. • One&Only Cape Town reserves the right to suspend this agreement or revise terms for payment and or cancellations during peak events or periods of high demand. • Rates are inclusive of Value Added Tax at 15%. • Changes in taxes or fees implemented after booking will affect the total room price. • All rates include breakfast in Ochre for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children per room. Additional charges apply for breakfast consumed in the room. • Rates exclude R40 Tourism Levy per room per night (subject to change). • One&Only Cape Town reserves the right, in the event of new taxes being imposed, to introduce these in accordance with South African Law. • Failure to comply with any guarantee requirements by the due date will result in an automatic release of the booking. • Early Check-In and Late Check-Out charged at 100% (Standard Check-In: 2pm and Check-Out: 11am). • Additional Terms may apply for bookings of between 5 – 9 rooms. • Rates are not applicable to group bookings (10 rooms or more). • Please contact the Groups and Events Department for group enquiries (10 rooms or more) on email: Groupsandevents@oneandonlycapetown.com. • Reservations, amendments and cancellations should be sent to the Hotel’s Reservation Team using contact details: reservations@oneandonlycapetown.com or Telephone +27 21 431 5888.

Cancellation Policy

• In case of a no-show or cancellation 0-7 days prior to arrival, cancellation penalty charge amounting to 100% of total room charge will apply. • A valid method of guarantee is required at time of booking. • Early departures will be charged in full. • One&Only Cape Town reserves the right not to provide exemptions from its cancellation policy for medical matters or any other unforeseen circumstances.

GUARANTEE & PRE-PAYMENT POLICY

14 December 2019 to 07 January 2020

  • Penalty of 20% of total reservation value if cancelled up to 91 days prior to arrival.
  • In case of a no-show or cancellation within 90 days prior to arrival, cancellation penalty charge amounting to 100% of total room charge will apply.


CANCELLATION POLICY
PEAK SEASON
14 December 2019 to 07 January 2020

  • Initial non-refundable Deposit Guarantee equal to 20% of the total reservation value will be paid within 14 days of booking reservation.
  • Bookings made from 01 July 2019 to 31 of August 2019 a deposit of 20% of the total reservation value will be required within 7 days of holding the reservation.
  • On the 31 of August 2019, balance of full payment will be due.
