Sweet Dough

Mix all the ingredients together except eggs until got sand consistence. Add eggs and mix everything. Keep in the fridge 12 hours. Roll the dough at 2 mm thickness and detail rings of 10 centimeters. Bake for 12 minutes at 160 degrees.

Lychee Cream

Boil cream with sugar, add white chocolate, add lychee and mix everything together. Keep in the fridge for 12 hours and then whip the cream, put it in a piping bag.

Strawberry Gel

Boil strawberry puree and sugar together, keep in the fridge.

Lychee Sorbet

Boil water with sugar, add lychee and keep in the fridge for 12 hours. After, put the mix in the icing machine.


On the dough ring put all the element like a garden, add some cress and the sorbet at the last minute. Ready to serve.

Few fresh lychees

Lychee puree (280)
Sugar (200g)
