15:00 hours/3.00pm. Earlier access is subject to availability on day of arrival.

Check-out Time
12:00 hours/ noon. For guests requiring a later check-out, a fee equal to 50% of the room rate is applicable up to 18:00 hours/6.00pm and a full night’s rate is required after this time.

Transfers
Tesla Model X or Mercedes-Benz V-Class airport transfers may be organized subject to availability.

One&Only airport representatives are waiting to welcome guests with pre-arranged airport transfers outside the baggage claim area.

Senai International Airport in Johor Bahru is approximately 1-hour drive from One&Only Desaru Coast, Kuala Lumpur International Airport is 4 hours’ drive and Changi Airport Singapore is 2.5 hours’ drive (travelling time may differ depending on traffic conditions).

An advanced reservation is required, and rates are subject to change without prior notice. Transportation request shall be made 12 hours prior to transfer time and is subject to availability. One&Only Desaru Coast has the right to substitute vehicle if chosen vehicle is unavailable, however rate will not differ. Additional 50% surcharge applies for all pick-up and drop-off times between 23:00hrs to 07:00hrs.
