As we engage in a collective effort to safeguard the resort and follow the precautionary measures directed by the United Arab Emirates and Dubai Authorities, One&Only Royal Mirage has temporarily closed The Palace and Arabian Court until further notice. COVID-19 UPDATE

At One&Only, our absolute priority is the health, safety and well-being of our guests and colleagues. Now, more than ever, due to the ever-evolving COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation, we are focusing on our guest experience and ensuring we are exceeding the protocols from the world’s leading health experts, including the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We are also partnering with the local authorities in each of our destinations around the world. We remain vigilant about the health and safety of all our guests and colleagues, without compromising your guest experience.

At all of our locations we have taken precautionary measures to ensure the wellbeing and safety of all our guests and colleagues and their families. Our commitment to health and cleanliness and delivering additional preventative measures will continue. We have elevated our already rigorous practices around food handling, sanitization, disinfection and cleaning based on the international standards and, of course, we follow the direct instructions from the local health authorities in each destination. To assist with safer travel for all, please find recommendations from these leading organizations to reduce potential exposure.

One&Only remains committed to the joy of travel, an important part of our lives. Given the current uncertain environment, we have updated our cancellation policy to give you the upmost flexibility.  One&Only is waiving all cancellation and change fees applicable to all existing and new bookings for stays between 17 March 2020 and 31 May 2020. We would be happy to rebook your reservation, or ultimately, cancel your reservation and refund any deposits received. Your health and wellness are paramount, and we hope to welcome you to one of our locations soon. We are doing everything we can to provide a safe environment and ultimately a holiday full of Amazing Experiences and Everlasting Memories. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
