  1. Soak black & white quinoa and kaniwa in water for 36 hours. Keep chilled afterwards
  2. Dhal and Chickpeas should be soaked in water for 72 hours. Change the water after the first 36 hours. Keep chilled afterwards
  3. Peel and cut the carrot into chunks. Boil until it softens. Process with the same boiling water until homogeneous
  4. Peel and seed the cucumber. Cut into small cubes
  5. All products after soaked should be drained and kept in separate containers
  6. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the carrot purée and honey until homogeneous
  7. Mix in the rest of ingredients with a wooden spoon and serve

2 large carrots
100 grams chickpeas
1 large cucumber
100 grams of green or yellow dhal
3 tablespoons of honey
¼ cup kaniwa
