  1. Combine yoghurt and spirulina until homogeneous.
  2. Wash and slice both apples in half.
  3. Each halved apple should be sliced into thin wedges. Cover with water. Reserve in chiller.
  4. In a food processor, purée only the red apple. Reserve the purée. 
  5. Peel the bananas and slice them thinly. Smash them in a bowl until creamy. Combine with the coconut flakes and oats.
  6. Combine the spirulina yoghurt cream, along with the banana, oats and coconut flakes.
  7. Mix in red apple purée.
  8. Combine with the green apple and serve.


4 small bananas
200g of coconut flakes
200g of raw oats
4 medium-size granny smith green apples
4 medium-size red apples
8g of spirulina
250ml of 0% fat yoghurt or 0% fat Greek yoghurt
