Dr. Buathon is a Holistic Practitioner from Thailand with an intensive knowledge in alternative medicine, Taoist practice and Tibetan medicine.
As her journey is to seek a way to deliver an integration of the body, mind and spirit through a good health backed with her exclusive background in nursing, psychology and health sociology. She gradually created ZenNaTai, a unique approach to holistic healing that allows the body to release the tension, generate chi flow and encourage a peaceful mind.

The customised therapeutic massage is designed to encourage the energy (Qi) to flow throughout the body, to release chest, cranial and abdominal tension as well as to stimulate the lymphatic flow; thus, supporting the release of toxins, ZenNaTai induces a deeper state of relaxation and peaceful mind.
Tibetan sound healing and chakra healing oil
Awaken the chakra energy with seven precious healing oils which activates the body’s subtle energy flow. Enhanced with the restorative sound vibration from Tibetan singing bowl that resonates with the body fluid, the body’s energy is cleansed and rejuvenated.
Emotional wellness and mind training
The mind is the master of the body, Mind Transformation session promotes emotional wellness through conscious breathing, unlocking your “unfinished matter” and transform your stress and emotions into vitality.
Private retreat to release the physical tension and calm the mind by understanding the connection of body and mind and learn to transform the mind to mindfulness living.
Your sleep retreat begins with a private consultation to recognise your physical and emotional tensions. It includes a two-hour healing session per day customised to your needs including ZenNaTai, Energy Enhancing and Mind Transformation sessions to harmonise the body, mind and soul.
