A deeply restorative, calming and relaxing treatment. Palma uses the ancient Japanese healing technique of Reiki to help you activate your body´s own innate self- healing capabilities. An immersive, nourishing and uplifting sound healing experience, designed to support you to let go of tension, worries and anxiety, moving you into the stillness within. START OR DEEPEN A MEDITATION PRACTICE

Join meditation and mindfulness teacher Palma Michel in a relaxing meditation experience., tailored to your individual needs.

Maybe you would like to start a meditation practice, but think that you are not able to meditate as your mind has too many thoughts, you can´t find the time to sit down or every time you try to meditate you think of a million things that you should be doing instead. In this session, you will learn how to start or deepen a meditation practice including three different techniques to identify the one that works best for you. You will also walk away with practical tools on how to integrate the practice into your everyday life.

Though the definitions may vary, one thing most of us can agree on is that people generally want to be happy. In recent years, research has considered whether this pursuit of happiness is worthwhile, looking for evidence of its physical and mental benefits. These one 2 one coaching sessions looks at the science behind happiness and explores how to live your best life by learning simple evidence-based practices, that can bring more joy and fulfilment into your day. Guests will be guided through a series of Mindfulness and positive psychology practices including introspective exercises and guided meditations
