Bring breath and mindfulness into your Pilates with this one-hour session of mat work and reformer. Pilates Fusion incorporates Yoga flow, Gyrokinesis and conscious breath in order to create a body that moves with ease and a quiet mind.
This classic Pilates apparatus provides you with a balanced body workout. With a focus on core connection and breath, every muscle is activated during this 60-minute session. Pilates encourages control of the deep muscles and is an ideal form of exercise for lower back rehabilitation as well as athletes wanting a challenge.
The Pilates mat repertoire is an ideal way to stabilize joints, strengthen the core, and to deepen our understanding of the Pilates principles. This mat session activates muscles effectively, releases tight fascia, focuses on breath, and brings awareness to the mind/body connection. Mat classes can be done with up to 8 people.
