90 MINUTE TRAINING SESSION INCLUDING IN-DEPTH INITIAL CONSULTATION

This fitness session involves an in-depth health questionnaire, identifying areas of your lifestyle that may be preventing specific improvements in your health and fitness. A functional movement screen will also be performed - used by elite athletes and sports teams, this assessment system will highlight specific areas of tightness and imbalances. From the results, a bespoke warm up will be created.
Based on your aims and current fitness levels, an individually tailored session will be devised incorporating many distinct aspects of training that will educate, push boundaries and most importantly – is fun!

90 minutes - US$ 280 per person


60 MINUTE TRAINING SESSION

A personalised plan – tailor made just for you! Based on your exercise short-term goals, this session will deliver a variety of methods, from flexibility and mobility to strength and cardiovascular endurance to meet those intended goals.

60 MINUTES ‘BOOT CAMP’ TRAINING SESSION

After a brief movement assessment, clients will be put through their paces in a number of locations around the resort, using a variety of fitness tools that will include a mixture of core work, full body strength exercises and ‘metabolic finishers’.

60 MINUTES ‘RUNNING CLINIC’ TRAINING SESSION

With a comprehensive gait assessment and heel-strike analysis, specific core and leg strengthening exercises will be prescribed, along with speed session protocols. Pre-and-post nutrition strategies will also be discussed.

60 MINUTES ‘SEMI-PRIVATE’ GROUP TRAINING SESSION

With a maximum of 4 people, Training at the same level of intensity but incorporating a social/teamwork aspect to the sessions. Exercises will be specific to each participant, focused on building confidence and competence during sessions.

60 minutes - US$ 200 per person (minimum of two persons)
