Red Berries and Dark Chocolate Fondue - One&Only Royal Mirage

Method

  • - Cut the raspberries into two and the strawberries into four.
  • - Cut the marshmallows into squares and break the meringues into small pieces.
  • - Mix the fruit, marshmallow and meringues and divide between four wine glasses.
  • - Add the Mikado biscuits for decoration.
  • - Melt the chocolate in the microwave, or in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.
  • - Add the milk, stirring continuously for a smooth sauce.
  • - While the sauce is still hot, pour it into the glasses.
  • - Beat the vanilla ice cream with a spatula until it takes on a creamy consistency, then pour into the glasses.
  • - Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients

100g strawberries
50g blackberries
50g blueberries
50g currants
50g raspberries
100g marshmallows (a mix of pink, white and yellow)
200g vanilla ice cream
50g meringues
200m dark chocolate (75% cacao)
50g milk chocolate
4 Mikado biscuits
