 Mixed Seafood Paella Rice, Mussels, Prawns And Calamari

Method

Vegetables

  1. Remove the red bell pepper skins and peel the onions
  2. Chop red bell peppers and onions.

Rice

  1. Put the paella pan on the fire with some olive oil
  2. Add the portion of vegetables, saffron powder and cook around 1 minute
  3. Add the portion of rice, pearled the rice during 30 seconds
  4. Add the vegetable stock, let it boil 1 minute
  5. Put the paella pan in the oven at 165°C during 11 minutes.

Seafood

  1. Cook all the seafood and mussels ‘a la Plancha’ 3 to 4 minutes.

Dressing and Finishing

  1. Dispose nicely the seafood on the top of paella and the lemon wedges on the side.
