The tour begins as the sun begins its slow descent towards the horizon, eventually casting a golden hue across the ancient sandstone of the escarpments. Not only is this an incredibly beautiful time of the day, it is also when many of our native animals are starting to become active and easily visible.

Wolgan Valley is blessedly free of the light pollution that restricts our view of the night sky in cities and the night sky is nothing short of spectacular. This activity is conducted within easy walking distance of the Main Homestead and is a perfect way to close your evening with a glass of wine in hand.
