Claudio Heye joins us from Domaine Thomson, a family-owned winery with vineyards in both New Zealand and France. Recognised for producing some of the world’s finest pinot noirs, Domaine Thomson produce unique vintages that showcase the individuality and authenticity of each region.
Claudio will host a wine tasting in the afternoon where guests will be able to sample some exquisite pinot noir vintages followed by a degustation dinner. Executive Chef Nancy Kinchela will prepare a sumptuous menu featuring game meats, paired with beautiful Domaine Thomson wines.
