Join us in July for the opportunity to experience the ultimate weekend of gin indulgence as we welcome Ian Glen from the historical Stone Pine Distillery in Bathurst and Sydney's leading gin specialist, Mikey Enright, to the resort. We will proudly unveil 1832 Wolgan Gin, our artisan, locally-distilled gin inspired by the rich bounty of nature.
You’ll venture down to pristine Carne Creek to forage native botanicals as the sun rises and challenge your cocktail creativity at our Mixologist Masterclass. As the sun sets behind the escarpments, savour the finest regional produce with a gin-inspired dinner in the Wolgan Dining Room prepared by award-winning Executive Chef, Nancy Kinchela.
