  1. ½ lemon, lemon juice and lemon verbena leaves in Boston - Muddled
  2. Add Patron, Grand Marnier and Maya Sunny Honey in Boston
  3. Smoked Salt Rim a margarita glass
  4. Shake and strain in Smoked Salt rimmed glass
  5. Garnish with 1 lemon verbena leave

  • - Lemon Verbena is a sweet smelling perennial plant, which is perfect for cocktails and is also used to make herbal tea. We grow this onsite at our 1832 Heritage Kitchen Garden.
  • Maya Sunny Honey is a 100% raw honey range, handcrafted wholly by Andrew and his hard working bees from nearby Mudgee, NSW, Australia.
  • - Smoked Salt we make in house with Olsson’s Salt, they are the first company in Australia to produce “flat” Sea Salt Flakes, from Yennora NSW.
