Muddle together avocado and lemon juice in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
Add remaining ingredients, fill with ice and shake vigorously for ten seconds.
Strain twice to remove pulp, and pour into a coupe glass.
Garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel, crushed black pepper and a sprig of basil.
60ml tequila blanco
30ml fresh pineapple juice
20ml fresh lemon juice
15ml agave syrup
