BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION

Arrival date, departure date, airline, flight number, flight time, full names of each occupant, date of birth of each child (if applicable) are required at least 14 days prior to your arrival to complete the reservation process. 

GUARANTEE POLICY

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to receive a guaranteed reservation confirmation. For guaranteed reservations, rooms are held until the Resort check-out time the day following arrival. During the Festive season, full deposit equivalent to the value of the entire stay, is required by October 1st, 2019/2020/2021.

ROOMS AND SUITES PAYMENT POLICY

High and Low Season

  • A 25% deposit inclusive of surcharge is due at time of booking and is non-refundable. The deposit will be charged against your credit card within 48 hours.
  • If Booked on Advance Purchase offer (Early Bird Offer Booking), 100 % non-refundable down payment of full amount must be paid upon Confirmation of booking.

Festive Season

  • During Festive Season 2019 (21st December 2019 – 08th January 2020), 50% ‘Non- Refundable’ down payment of full amount must be paid upon confirmation of booking.
  • During Festive Season 2020 (21st December 2020 – 08th January 2021), 50% ‘Non- Refundable’ down payment of full amount must be paid upon confirmation of booking.
  • The remaining balance should be paid within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.

VILLA GUARANTEED PAYMENT POLICY

High Season 2019/2020

  • If booked more than 60 days before arrival, 50% down-payment is required and the remaining 50% at 60 days before arrival
  • If booked within 60 days before arrival, 100% down-payment is required

Low Season 2019/2020

  • If booked more than 30 days before arrival, 50% down-payment is required and the remaining 50% at 30 days before arrival
  • If booked within 30 days before arrival, 100% down-payment is required

Festive Season 2020

  • If booked before 30 September 2020, 50% down-payment is required and the remaining 50% by 01 October 2020
  • If booked after 30 September 2020, 100% down-payment is required

Reservations are considered confirmed only after processing and approval of credit card deposit. In the event of no payment the booking will be automatically released without prior notice. One&Only Le Saint Géran reserves the right to cancel a trip at any time prior to scheduled departure. In the event your trip is cancelled by One&Only Le Saint Géran, a full refund will be issued according to our cancellation policy.

CREDIT CARD POLICY

All bookings made and paid by credit card on online will be verified with the original credit card at the time of check in. In case of any third-party credit card is used for making the booking & payment, you are requested to present the third-party authorization form signed by the card holder along with the copy of the credit card up on check in. Please contact resort reservations department at reservations@oneandonlysaintgeran.com to obtain credit card authorization form.

LEVY

Room rates include 15% VAT. All fees are subject to change at any time without notice.

BOOKING OPTIONS

If you would like to book multiple rooms, please make sure to use a different name for each room, otherwise the duplicate name reservation may be cancelled by the Resort.

Note: To check-in at the One&Only Le Saint Géran, at least one guest must be at least 18 years of age and present a valid credit card in their name. If under 18, the guest must be traveling with a party where one guest is 18 or older and is the credit card holder for all reservations.

REVISIONS

A change in the length of stay or dates of your reservation is subject to availability and may result in a rate change. In case of shortened length of stay, the cancellation policy will apply for the cancelled nights.

DRESS CODE POLICY

  • La Terrasse - Smart Casual dress code is recommended for your comfort. Minimum of tailored shorts, shirts with sleeves, closed shoes or sandals. Flip flops are not allowed. Age Policy: All ages are welcome
  • Prime – Smart Elegant dress code is recommended for your comfort. Gentlemen are requested to wear long trousers or smart jeans, minimum of shirts with collar and closed shoes.   Age Policy: 2 years and above. Parents with infants under 2 are invited to have early dinner starting as from 06:30pm
  • Tapasake – Smart Casual is recommended for your comfort. Minimum of tailored shorts, shirts with sleeves, closed shoes or sandals. Flip flops are not allowed. Age Policy: 2 years and above. Parents with infants under 2 are invited to have early dinner starting as from 06:30pm
  • L ’Artisan – Lunch: Casual; gentlemen are kindly requested to refrain from wearing sleeveless shirts.
  • La Pointe – Shorts, T shirts, shirts and any footwear are allowed. No swim wear or towels allowed in the restaurant.

HALF BOARD DINNER SUPPLEMENT (exclude Christmas Eve & New Year Eve)

  • The dinner supplement for Half Board can only be reserved for the duration of the whole stay.
  • Half-Board dinner supplement applies for the High Season & Festive Season
  • Dinner supplement and special dinners are excluding beverages.
  • Half-Board dinner supplement is not applicable when compulsory Gala dinner surcharge is applicable (24th Christmas Dinner and 31st December New Year Dinner)
  • Half-Board dinner supplement is applicable in all restaurants (La Terrasse, Tapasake, Prime).

CHECK-IN TIMES
Check-in time is 14:00 hours on the day of your scheduled arrival. Early check-in is guaranteed for rooms reserved one night prior to the scheduled date of arrival which incur a charge of 100 % of the nightly room rate.

CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-out time is 12:00 hours on the day of your scheduled departure. Late check-out is guaranteed for rooms reserved and paid for a charge of 100 % of the nightly room rate.

  • Bookings Cancelled 13 - 7 Days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking.

  • Bookings Cancelled 60 - 45 Days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking.
  • Bookings cancelled 44 - 0 Days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of total booking.

    • Half-term 2020: 20 October 2020 – 27 October 2020

  • Booking Cancelled before 01 October 2019 or 2020 will be charged 50% of the total booking.
  • Booking Cancelled after 01 October 2019 or 2020 to arrival date will be charged 100% of the total booking.

    EARLY BIRD OFFER Cancellation Policy for both High and Low season

    • Booking made under the Early Bird Offer, 100% of total booking will be charged at the time of booking and is non-changeable and non-refundable for all seasons.
      • High season: 22 Sept 2019 – 18 April 2020/ 01 October – 15 Jan 2021
      • Low Season: 18 April – 30 September 2020

Low Season

  • Booking cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, 50% of booked room will be charged.
  • Booking cancelled within 30 days before arrival, 100% of booked room will be charged.

  • Booking cancelled more than 60 days before arrival, 50% of booked room will be charged.

NO SHOWS:

In the event of a no-show (i.e. if you neither use nor cancel your reservation), a fee equivalent to the value of the entire stay will be levied. In case of shortened length of stay, the cancellation policy will apply for the cancelled nights.

NOTE

One&Only Le Saint Géran reserves the right not to provide exemptions from its cancellation policy for medical matters or any other unforeseen circumstances. To avoid disappointment, it is recommended to purchase adequate travel insurance prior to confirming a reservation and accepting the terms and conditions of the One&Only Le Saint Géran's cancellation policy. Early departures or cancellations due to inclement weather conditions are fully chargeable. In case of shortened length of stay, the cancellation policy will apply for the cancelled nights.
