Miles can be earned only for the rooms’ component when booked via oneandonlyresorts.com or booked via One&Only Reservations at Best Available Rate. Reservations made via travel agent or wholesale tour operators are not considered eligible. Other non-eligible rates include but are not limited to, airline crew rates, travel industry, employee rates, group bookings, special discounted stays and complimentary room stays. Your Miles&Smiles membership number must be quoted during reservations and a valid membership card in the name of the staying guest must be presented upon check-in. Miles can be earned by members staying at any One&Only Resorts on accommodation only. Applicable to participating One&Only properties only. The number of Miles awarded is based upon the room type booked and paid for, even if a different room type is provided. A Member will receive 1 Mile for each USD 1 spent when staying in any One&Only resort. Miles are earned on the net room amount excluding authority fees and applicable service charges and after any discount has been applied to the bill. Miles can be earned by the member on additional rooms booked if (i) the they are staying at the One&Only resort at the same time; (ii) all rooms are reserved and registered in the their name; and (iii) they pay for all rooms. Not applicable to group bookings. Cancellation and No Show policies apply. Miles&Smiles members may not earn Miles with any other frequent flyer or loyalty scheme for the same stay. Miles may not be combined with or transferred to any other loyalty scheme. Should a Miles&Smiles member take up an offer or benefit which is not included in their membership privileges, charges shall be applied to the guest bill for settlement upon check-out.
