We proudly unveil a one-of-a-kind tequila created exclusively for One&Only Palmilla by Clase Azul. The custom blend combines the best of Clase Azul Plata and Clase Azul Añejo with the added touch of the king of the family—Clase Azul Ultra for a truly authentic tasting experience.
Like One&Only Palmilla, Clase Azul is rooted by a mission to reveal a deeper appreciation for the vibrant culture and beauty of Mexican traditions. Drawing design inspiration from the pristine views of the Sea of Cortez, the blend is beautifully bottled in a special collector edition decanter. Hand-crafted by local artisans each individual bottle is sculpted and then painted one-by-one, with a design symbolic of ocean waves, and takes two weeks to complete.
Only 100 bottles have been produced and are available at the resort’s Agua Bar where guests will have the opportunity to sample the rare spirit during special tequila tastings with One&Only Master Mixologists throughout the year. Participants are taken on a tasting journey through the authentic flavors of Mexico, while learning about the traditions, history, and process of distilling world-class tequila.
We invite you to experience this fine craft, on a journey through the senses and to take home with you the stories you create. Guests of One&Only Palmilla can purchase a numbered, collectors’ edition decanter of the bespoke blend priced at USD $1,000 for 750ml.

The essence of Clase Azul Spirits is inspired by a mission to reveal and rediscover a deeper appreciation for the beauty of Mexican traditions. Clase Azul is 100% authentic, from the rich soil of the land to the spirits, the distillation process and its handmade bottles.
Internationally recognized for its gorgeous bottles which are entirely handmade by an indigenous community in the small town of Santa Maria Canchesdá where roughly 150 artisans spend their days handcrafting every bottle one at a time, each taking two weeks to complete.
To capture the essence of Mexican heritage, the terroir of the land and the time-honored tequila making process we worked with Clase Azul to create a blend that reflects the indigenous taste of the finest craft.
Made from organic agaves in the highlands of Jalisco, the piñas take up to 9 years to reach maturity and are then cooked in old-fashioned brick ovens for up to 72 hours to develop its unique flavour.
The bespoke blend combines the best of Clase Azul Plata and Clase Azul Añejo tequilas, each aged for 2 years in reclaimed bourbon barrels with the added touch from the king of the family – Clase Azul Ultra, perfected by its five-year sherry cask aging.
The result is a luxurious tequila with complex notes of citric, oak, caramel and cherry.
