Join us May 4 & 5 for a one-of-a-kind culinary weekend with Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Led by Chef Jean-Georges with One&Only Palmilla Executive Chefs Larbi Dahrouch and Stuart Roger, guests begin the weekend on Friday 4 May with a personalized guided tour of Los Tamarindos, an organic local farm which will provide indigenous herbs and vegetables for the hands-on cooking class to follow. The farm’s bounty will perfectly pair with fresh-locally caught seafood from the Sea of Cortez for an inspired lunch. The weekend’s festivities conclude with a dinner crafted by Jean-Georges Vongerichten rel="noopener noreferrer" paired with wines by Sine Qua Non at SEARED on Saturday, May 5th.
Additional weekend highlights include the One&Only Artist series and a Mexican themed a-la-carte menu and tequila pairing at Agua by Larbi on Friday and a “Meet the Wine Maker” experience with Sine Qua Non wines on Saturday.

Package rates for two guests begin at US $2,805 for a Premier Ocean Front Room and are subject to 19% taxes, plus 15% daily service charge. All Cinco do Mayo festivies are open to all guests staying the resort for additional charges and can be booked individually.
