Descend a staircase to enter a vibrant, lively setting wrapped in an air of intrigue. Flickering candles, curtain beads and contemporary music set the scene for an evening at Nina, the mistress of spice. Exceptionally prepared contemporary Indian cuisine enlivens the palate, with powerful flavours and seductive aromas that create a journey of culinary discovery.

Celebrate Diwali, the Festival of Light at Nina, and discover the perfect combination of exotic spices and distinctive flavours created by Master Chef Winner – Dhruv Baker.

On this special occasion, Chef Dhruv Baker crafted an exclusive menu where guests can experience cuisines like the chilli and mint marinated salmon and the spiced chocolate mousse. The favourite Masala Martini, Bombay Bellini and Mistress of Spice are always in the beverage menu to complete the celebration.

ABOUT CHEF DHRUV BAKER

After winning MasterChef, he pursued his dream of a career in the food industry by working in some of the UK’s finest restaurants including Le Gavroche, The Kitchin & Helene Darroze at The Connaught. Chef Dhruv also became a regular TV presenter at the BBC Good Food Shows and Waitrose TV. In 2014, he published his first book, Spice: Layers of Flavour and opened his first kitchen, The Jolly Gardeners. Chef Dhruv was born in Mexico, raised in India, then moved to the UK.
