In the iconic restaurant, STAY by Yannick Alléno, Chef Yannick will once again delight all gourmet connoisseurs with his latest creations, paired with an exclusive selection of Château Margaux grapes from the special cuvée from the Château, which has been carefully selected by Thibault Pontallier.
Focusing on imaginative cuisine, the gourmet restaurant will surprise guests with signature dishes showcasing traditional cooking methods reinterpreted in a modern and contemporary fashion. Guests can look forward to langoustines with a tomato extraction or Chef Yannick’s roasted milk-fed veal served with choisy and pommes gaufrettes. The five course menu includes exclusive Château Margaux grape vintages that have been carefully selected to pair each course and will be priced at AED 3,000 per guest.
