DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, 31 January 2016 – One&Only The Palm in Dubai is pleased to announce that chef-patron Yannick Alléno will be hosting two exceptional dining events on Tuesday 9 and Wednesday, 10 February 2016.
Exclusively designed for epicureans, these two ‘Legend Dinner’ evenings will be a truly gastronomic experience, giving the opportunity to all gourmet connoisseurs to discover the most refined delicacies and beverages.
A menu has been specially created for the occasion to showcase the savoir-faire of the three Michelin-starred Chef at reinventing traditional dishes into an astonishing contemporary cuisine.
It has been inspired by COP 21 event, the Conference of the Parties on climate change, held last November in Paris, in which five notorious French Chefs including Yannick Alléno cooked a recipe using only organic products. Thus, for these two exceptional evenings, Chef Yannick Alléno has created a distinctive menu which aims to emphasize seasonal and local sustainable food. Either a four course menu for AED 680 per person or a six course menu for AED 880 per person will be available. Guests will be able to enjoy exquisite dishes such as a Modern Freneuse Potage, Floral Steamed Scallops – a Chicory Sautéed Meunière, Apple and Black Truffles – or even a Milk-Fed Lamb, Spiced Milk, Semolina with condiment and Meringue Sliver – through the evening.
