Kinesis™ from Technogym® is an innovative training concept which focuses on movement through balance, flexibility and strength.
A form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Requires the use of the TRX suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.
Working out with a kettle bell is the definition of what fitness pros call a Functional workout. It works your muscles in the same way as when you do everyday activities, like picking up a toddler, carrying your laptop bag, hoisting a gallon of milk, or lugging a heavy grocery bag. Kettle bell workouts can tighten and tone your whole body.

Water resistance and body buoyancy make aqua training an ideal cross-training technique, no matter your age or fitness level. It’s an opportunity to enjoy individual attention in an ultimate low Impact workout in the adults only Pool. Aqua spinning uses stationary bicycles specially made to be submerged in water, where participants, partially submerged, can pedal using the waters resistance in order to exercise.
A workout that targets the entire abdominal panel, including the obliques. It will not only help to tone your abs, it also strengthens and trains your lower back, hips, abdomen and pelvis to work together for better balance and stability. Functional core training is about power, strength and stabilization.
This session combines boxing skills using pad work with body weight exercises, high repetitions, and relatively short recoveries. The boxing session ends with an assisted stretch.
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for the next circuit. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise.
For your comfort and safety, please be advised that proper gym attire and sports shoes are required in the
Fitness Centre. Minimum age for Fitness Centre use is 16 years.
Daily: 7.00am to 9.00pm
Fitness Lap Pool: 7.30am to 8.00pm
A dedicated fitness team is present at all times to provide guidance and motivation for regular exercise as well as private sessions on request.
