Discover the essence of a plant-based philosophy while celebrating the indigenous produce and flavours of Mexico with a lively cooking demonstration and luncheon. Guests can get up close and personal with Chef Kenney to get a deeper understanding of plant-based techniques and cuisine. Participants will also take home a copy of Kenney’s plant-based cookbook PLANTLAB, where he employs inventive technique and creative thinking in dishes that are both visual masterpieces and delectable meals, helping redefine plant-based cuisine for the home cook.

Chef Kenney will take over the resort’s historic Veranda for a personalized signing of his celebrated cookbook, PLANTLAB, which will be available for purchase to all guests. Filled with inventive techniques and creative thinking in dishes that are both visual masterpieces and delectable meals, that redefine plant-based cuisine for the home cook.

We welcome gourmands to enjoy Matthew Kenney’s elevated and refined plant-based cuisine, inspired by the four classical elements of the spectacular al-fresco Herb Garden venue – earth, water, air and fire. Paired with natural, organic wines from Querciabella—a 100% plant-based winery that forbids the use of animal products in their vineyards or cellars, the five-course menu will showcase the best of the region’s produce with beautifully crafted dishes utilizing the highest quality of raw ingredients.
