For the ultimate Tapasake experience, reserve one of our four private, secluded yet open-air teppanyaki pavilions. Each pavilion seats up to eight guests around a central live-cooking station, making the interactive chef-led experience perfect for small and larger parties. Offering some of the best sunsets on the island, visit for sake sundowners before dinner.

Pair your meal with a fragrant sake from the carefully curated menu. Choose from chilled, traditionally warmed drop or a modern cocktail fusion. Tapasake even has its own exclusively blended limited-edition sake, Naraman Daiginjo.

Striking Interiors, Sublime Views

A super-slick structure hovering over the Indian Ocean, the striking interior is fashioned from stone and stainless steel, swathed by glass to make the most of your scenic surroundings. Chic finishes include a gleaming black terrazzo floor, oyster-grey mother of pearl tables with whalebone-effect legs, and a half-moon bar.
