GUARANTEE POLICY

A valid credit card is required as form of guarantee at time of booking. Full accommodation charges inclusive of 7% Municipality Fee, 10% Service Charge and 5% VAT will be charged according to the cancellation policy.

VALUE ADDED TAX

Please note UAE will implement a 5% value added tax (VAT) from 1 January 2018 onwards.

GALA DINNER SUPPLEMENT

A mandatory New Year's Eve Supplement will apply for bookings passing through 31 December 2019, AED 2,300 per adult, AED 1,400 for children 12-16 years and AED 1,100 for children 2 - 11 years.

DEPOSIT and CANCELLATION POLICY

Special Offers on Non-refundable Rates for all Seasons:
A non-refundable deposit of the full stay is required at the time of booking. Room charges are subject to 10% service charge, 7% municipality fee, 5% VAT and a ‘Tourism Dirham’ of AED 20 per bedroom per night.

For Low:

* One (1) night deposit charge is required upon reservations. Total charge for the reservations will be charged forty five (45) days prior to arrival.
* A front and back copy of the credit card must be provided.
* Credit card used for payment must be presented by the card holder upon check in with passport or ID for verification.

Palace Royal Suite and Beach Garden Villa for all Seasons:

A non-refundable 10% deposit of total room charge within 90 days of arrival is required, and full accommodation charges will be charged will be charged 60 days prior to arrival. Room charges are subject 10% service charge and 7% municipality fee. If reservation was made within 60 days prior to arrival, full payment is required for confirmation.

In order to process your payment we require a completed and signed One&Only Royal Mirage credit authorization form along with a clear copy of your credit card, front and back. This form will be sent to you through your given contact details at time of booking i.e. fax or email address.

Reservations are considered confirmed only upon the receipt of the aforementioned; or after processing and approval of credit card deposit. One&Only Royal Mirage reserves the right to cancel a trip at any time prior to scheduled departure. In the event your trip is canceled by One&Only Royal Mirage, a full refund will be issued.

PAYMENT PLAN:

A valid credit card is required as form of guarantee at time of booking. Furthermore, an applicable advance deposit as guarantee may vary according to the period of your reservation. In order to process your payment we require a completed and signed One&Only Royal Mirage credit authorization form along with a clear copy of your credit card, front and back. This form will be sent to you through your given contact details at time of booking i.e. fax or email address.

1.    During Festive Season, a 1 night room charge inclusive of 7% Municipality Fee and 10% Service charge upon booking is required, and the remaining balance 45 days prior to arrival date.
2.    During Peak Season, a 1 night room charge inclusive of 7% Municipality Fee and 10% Service charge upon booking is required, and the remaining balance 28 days prior to arrival date.
3.    During High Season, total amount inclusive of 7% Municipality Fee and 10% Service charge is required 21 days prior to arrival.
4.    During Shoulder Season, total amount inclusive of 7% Municipality Fee and 10% Service charge is required 14 days prior to arrival.
5.    During Low Season, total amount inclusive of 7% Municipality Fee and 10% Service charge is required 7 days prior to arrival.
6.    For Palace Royal Suite and Beach Garden Villa Residence a non-refundable 10% deposit of total room charge inclusive of 7% Municipality Fee and 10% Service charge within 90 days of arrival is required, and the remaining balance will be charged 60 days prior to arrival. If reservation was made within 60 days prior to arrival, full payment is required for confirmation.

BOOKING OPTIONS:

If you would like to book multiple rooms, please make sure to use a different name for each room, otherwise the duplicate name reservation may be cancelled by the hotel.

Note:

To check-in at the One&Only Royal Mirage, at least one guest must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid credit card in their name. If under 21, the guest must be traveling with a party where one guest is 21 or older and is the credit card holder for all reservations.

A change in the length of stay or dates of your reservation is subject to availability and may result in a rate change. A revision made constitutes a cancellation. EARLY DEPARTURES:

Early departures will be assessed 100% per night for early departure.

NO SHOWS:

In the event of a no-show (i.e. if you neither use nor cancel your reservation), a fee equivalent to the value of the entire stay will be levied.

All fees and penalties are inclusive of 10% Service Charge and 7% Municipality Fee. Should you fail to travel and use the accommodations and services in your travel package, all fees & charges imposed by One&Only Royal Mirage, the airlines, resort or other suppliers will still apply. All members of the travel party must present a valid passport when traveling to and from and United Arab Emirates.

Traveling from a country other than the following countries i.e. United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, South Korea, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, USA, Finland, Monaco, Vatican City, Iceland, San Marino, Andorra, Canada, Liechtenstein, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brunei, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong Citizens, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Hungary, Latvia, Estonia, Malta, Cyprus, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria and GCC countries require a visa and valid passport, please contact the UAE Embassy or Consulate for more details. Failure to provide the air carrier or governmental officials with necessary documents will lead to denial of boarding.

All cancellation and no show penalties that are incurred are the sole responsibility of the client and will be charged accordingly.

REFUNDS:

Refunds due to cancellation of your stay prior to travel will be processed upon notification (or after return of documents if applicable) and are subject to applicable cancellation charges assessed by One&Only Royal Mirage, the resort and/or other travel suppliers.

Refund requested must be made by calling One&Only Royal Mirage Reservations, from within the US call +1-866-552-0001, Outside the US call +1-954-809-2700 or at the hotel directly at +971-4-399-99-99. Any unused services included in your travel package are not refundable.

PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP:

As you will be traveling to another country, you must present proof of citizenship. All guests’ full, legal names and children's ages are required at time of booking possession of proper documentation is the responsibility of the passenger.

To enter UAE, citizens from countries will be required to present a valid passport with validity at least six months beyond your travel period and a visa. Please contact your local UAE Embassy or Consulate for details or the hotel reservation directly for further assistance. If you are departing UAE for a country that has the passport validity requirement of six (6) months beyond the dates of travel, then that requirement will be enforced. The passenger's failure to provide such documentation may result in automatic flight cancellation without right to a refund.

CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT:

Check in time is 14:00 hours/2.00p.m. Although we will always try to provide rooms on arrival, we are unable to guarantee a room available prior to this time unless the room is reserved from the night before.

Check out time is 12:00 hours/ noon. For late departures, a reservation for one additional night's accommodation is recommended.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS:

The One&Only Royal Mirage can arrange your private transfer from or to your airport of arrival with applicable charges;
•    From or to Dubai International Airport – Hotel AED 410.00 per car per way
•    From or to Al Maktoum Airport (Dubai World Central), Jebel Ali – Hotel AED 500.00 per car per way
•    From or to Abu Dhabi International Airport – Hotel AED 900.00 per car per way

In order to confirm your airport transfer please provide your complete and precise arrival and/or departure details at the time of booking or at least 48 hours prior to your travelling date.
Please note that airport transfers will be guaranteed to your credit card or to the company and will be charged in case of a no-show.

HOTEL AIRPORT ASSISTANCE DESK:

•    Dubai International Airport Terminal 1 - One&Only Royal Mirage Airport Desk is situated after the baggage collection section and before exiting the main door, at the right hand side, second booth from the end. Our airport representative will meet you there and escort you to your transfer vehicle.
•    New Dubai International Airport Terminal 3 - One&Only Royal Mirage Airport Desk is located beside the Emirates Customer Service Desk near Terminal 3 Exit No. 1. Our airport representative will meet you there and escort you to your transfer vehicle.

ON-RESORT ASSISTANCE:

If you need assistance during your stay, please visit the respective Concierge Desks at One&Only Royal Mirage located in the lobby or press the concierge button from your room phone.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

Note: All rates are excluding 10% service charge & 7% municipality fee and 05% VAT. Please be advised that all service charges & municipality fee or any introduction of new fees or taxes are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

One&Only Royal Mirage room rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guest aged 12 to 16 years is subject to AED 190 per room per night or one child under the age of 12 years can stay without additional charge. This is subject to the maximum occupancy policy of the room type. A Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per bedroom per night shall apply.
