How do you ensure guests have an unforgettable experience at Botanica?

I love taking the guests on a walk around the garden to discover the herbs, vegetables and fruit. While I explain the concept and the different things one can find, we also pick some fresh produce for their meal.

What is the secret ingredient that makes the resort so special?

Our colleagues are the ingredient that binds all the perfect moments together seamlessly. Each and every one of us serves from the heart and loves creating everlasting memories.

What are you most proud of, in relation to your work or time at the resort?

Watching Botanica’s gardens grow from strength to strength, from the humble beginnings of a small Chef’s Garden to a bountiful space of fresh herbs, vegetables and fruits.

What do you enjoy most about interacting with guests?

I love the storytelling element of my role, weaving the story of One&Only Reethi Rah and Botanica into a journey for each guest. I love watching as they learn more about what we do and how we do it, bringing them into the magic that is One&Only Reethi Rah.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I recently started an online learning course in vertical farming and I hope to introduce this growing method to Botanica.
