Freshly squeezed orange juice with ginger, lemon, a little maple syrup and cayenne pepper in a blender. You can also add the juice from frozen berries to lift it.

Pancake mix – it’s very easy to put together in the evening, refrigerate overnight, and to make fresh in the morning.

Fresh fruit is always best, but if you want to be a little extravagant you can have a light panna cotta with berries, French toast with banana and raw chocolate, or even a fresh bostock (a cross between French toast and an almond croissant), like our One&Only Le Saint Géran specialty.
