Your morning will begin with a delicious breakfast spread from our daily menu, highlighting Australian favourites and European classics. Feast on house-made muesli, jams made with fruit from our chef’s garden and spread onto our house-made bread; explore the best boutique farm produce in the region, tasting aromatic wild flower honey and sample local meats and cheeses. Choose to dine in our airy restaurant or on the timber veranda with views of the gumtree-studded cliffs.

After Dark

Delectable dishes will take you on a journey through the Greater Blue Mountains region and beyond, revealing flavoursome native ingredients such as succulent duck pastrami with asparagus, garlic chips and beetroot, and spring lamb loin with aromatic roast garlic and wonderfully smoky eggplant purée.
