Learn and discover

Our compelling collection of nature-based experiences will change the way you see the world. From discovering the early uses of natural plant and animal life for Indigenous Australians along Carne Creek, to hanging in the abandoned tunnels of Newnes railway line, uncover the Blue Mountains’ secrets together.

Family dining

Delicious, yet down-to-earth, our child-friendly menus nourish and delight with uniquely Australian cuisine. Our executive chef can tailor dishes to any penchant while initiating diners into the world of Wolgan Valley’s field-to-table treats.
