Rates

All room rates and fees are in Australian Dollars (AU$) and include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Rates, inclusions, and room occupancies are as stated in your confirmation and may be subject to change at any time without notice.

Payment guarantee policy

A valid credit card guarantee is required at time of booking and a reservation will be deemed confirmed after processing of all deposits and payments according to the below terms. Resort reserves the right to release bookings without prior notice if full payment is not received on time. Confirmation is also subject to receiving all guest names, particularly for multiple room bookings. 

An online payment link is available for secure credit card payments. Non-refundable fees will apply to all bookings when payment is made by credit card (including where a credit option is selected with a debit card). Service fee for American Express/Visa/Mastercard is 1.25%.

2022 YEAR
Year-Round Season Period
For travel not in High, Festive and Peak Season
• One-night deposit is required at time of booking.
• Full and final payment is required no later than 21 days prior to arrival.

High Season Period
For travel from 08 April to 09 April, from 15 April to 17 April, from 22 April to 24 April 2022, from 10 June to 12 June 2022, from 01 July to 02 July, 08 July to 09 July 2022, 15 to 16 July 2022, from 23 September to 24 September, 30 September, 01st to 02 Oct 2022, from 07 October to 08 October 2022
• One-night deposit is required at time of booking.
• Full and final payment is required no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

Festive/Peak Season Period
For travel from 22 December 2022 to 05 January 2023
• 50% deposit of total room charges is required at time of booking.
• Full and final payment is required no later than 60 days prior to arrival.

2023 YEAR
Year-Round Season Period
For travel not in High, Festive and Peak Season
• One-night deposit is required at time of booking.
• Full and final payment is required no later than 21 days prior to arrival.

High Season Period
For travel from 06 January to 07 January, from 13 January to 14 January, from 20 January to 21 January 2023
• One-night deposit is required at time of booking.
• Full and final payment is required no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

Festive/Peak Season Period
For travel from 22 December 2023 to 05 January 2024
• 50% deposit of total room charges is required at time of booking.
• Full and final payment is required no later than 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy

If you are unable to travel (or utilise the accommodation and services previously confirmed), cancellation fees may apply.

A change in the length of stay or dates of your reservation is subject to availability and may result in a rate change. A revision made to a booking may also constitute a cancellation. In case of shortened length of stay, the cancellation policy will apply for the cancelled nights. If a booking deposit must be refunded, please note that any credit card surcharge or currency fluctuation is unable to be refunded.

Cancellation, early departure, and no-show fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the client and will be charged accordingly as follows:

For travel from 08 April to 09 April, from 15 April to 17 April, from 22 April to 24 April 2022, from 10 June to 12 June 2022, from 01 July to 02 July, 08 July to 09 July 2022, 15 to 16 July 2022, from 23 September to 24 September, 30 September, 01st to 02 Oct 2022 , from 07 October to 08 October 2022
• 30 days or more prior to arrival, the one-night deposit is fully refundable, and no further cancellation fee is applicable.
• 29 days or less prior to arrival, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of total booking cost is applicable.

Festive/Peak Season Period
For travel from 22 December 2022 to 05 January 2023
• 60 days or more prior to arrival, the 50% prepaid deposit is fully refundable, and no further cancellation fee is applicable.
• 59 days or less prior to arrival, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of total booking cost is applicable.

2023 YEAR
Year-Round Season Period
For travel not in High, Festive and Peak Season
• 21 days or more prior to arrival, the one-night deposit is fully refundable, and no further cancellation fee is applicable
• 20 days or less prior to arrival, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of total booking cost is applicable

High Season Period
For travel from 06 January to 07 January, from 13 January to 14 January, from 20 January to 21 January 2023
• 30 days or more prior to arrival, the one-night deposit is fully refundable, and no further cancellation fee is applicable.
• 29 days or less prior to arrival, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of total booking cost is applicable.

Festive/Peak Season Period
For travel from 22 December 2023 to 05 January 2024
• 60 days or more prior to arrival, the 50% prepaid deposit is fully refundable, and no further cancellation fee is applicable.
• 59 days or less prior to arrival, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of total booking cost is applicable.

Room downgrade / amendment policy
Guests are entitled to one change of date, utilising the prepaid amount. It is available between 7 and 14 days or more prior to arrival during High Season and Year-Round Season. Festive Season reservations are not entitled to any change of dates.

The difference must be paid should the room rate for the new booking be higher than the original room rate and should the room rate for the new booking be lower, any difference in value is forfeited.

The new booking must travel within 6 months of original arrival date, or any prepaid amount is forfeited. Any prepaid amount is forfeited if the new booking is cancelled, regardless of when cancellation is advised.

Reservation’s extensions whilst at the resort
Guests can directly extend their stay after check-in with a maximum of 10% commission that will apply on the additional nights booked.

Early Departures or No-Shows
A fee equivalent to 100% per night plus taxes for early departures applies. In the event of a no-show (i.e. you neither use nor cancel your reservation), a fee equivalent to the value of the entire stay will be incurred. Early departures or cancellations due to inclement weather are fully chargeable.

Travel Insurance
Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley reserves the right not to provide exemptions from its cancellation policy for medical or personal matters, inclement weather, or other circumstances. It is recommended to purchase adequate travel insurance prior to confirmation and acceptance of terms, conditions, and cancellation policy. 

COVID-19 Update
In the event that there is a COVID-19 related travel ban, health or quarantine restriction at your point of departure or at the resort destination that restricts you from traveling to the resort destination, the resort will provide a full refund for a pre-paid reservation and/or waive all applicable penalties. In the event that you are in-residence at the resort and unable to depart the resort destination on schedule due to a COVID-19 travel ban, health or quarantine restriction, the resort will extend your stay based on a discretionary reduced rate off Best Available Rate (BAR).

Additional guests and children surcharges

Subject to the maximum occupancy applicable by room, the following applies for additional guests per night:

• Infants under the age of 4 years – 
complimentary, including a cot if required

• Children under the age of 12 years –
a fee of AU$550 applies, per child per night, up until 31 March 2023, with the exception of the Festive season, from 22 December 2022 to 06 January 2023, where a fee of AU$595 will be applied.

• Guests 12 years and over –
a fee of AU$1,075 applies, per guest per night, up until 31 March 2023, with the exception of the Festive season, from 22 December 2022 to 06 January 2023, where a fee of AU$1,190 will be applied.

Arrival and departure

Check-in time:
15:00 hours/3.00pm. Earlier access is subject to availability on day of arrival.

Check-out time:
11:00 hours/11.00am. For guests requiring a later check-out, a fee equal to 50% of the room rate is applicable up to 18:00 hours/6.00pm and a full night’s rate is required after this time.

Other information

Group Bookings
A maximum of four rooms may be booked through the website. Please ensure you provide full names for each room, otherwise the duplicate name reservation may be cancelled. Please email reservations@oneandonlywolganvalley.com for reservations of five rooms or more.

Minimum Age
There must be at least one guest of minimum 18 years of age, with a valid credit card in their name, present upon check-in. This guest must be holding the payment for the travelling party against this credit card.

Smoking
All indoor areas, public areas and restaurants are strictly non-smoking. Pets may not be brought onto the premises except for assistance dogs. 

Rate Changes
Please be advised that service charges, fees and taxes are subject to change at any time without prior notice and Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley reserves the right to introduce these in accordance with law. The prevailing tax rates at the time of stay will be charged, along with the introduction of any new fees or taxes.
