Join Deniz Karaca, the renowned pastry chef, Chocolatier and Founder of Cuvée Chocolate in a deliciously decadent Chocolate Master Class where guests will be treated to professionally crafted artisan chocolates accompanied by selected wines.
There are three distinct tasting stages increasing in richness and, as you move through each stage, experience the gradual intensifying of flavour matched perfectly with selected wines. A supreme chocolate dessert created by Deniz Karaca will also be available on the menu in the Wolgan Dining Room on Friday and Saturday evenings. This extremely velvety and delectable dessert named ‘Coeur de chocolate’, is a Peruvian dark chocolate mousse with ginger scented berry coulis and tarragon cremeu.
