Terms & Conditions
- Eligible for East African Residents only (Burundi, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Djibouti, DRC, Kenya, Rwanda, Somalia, South Sudan, Uganda, Tanzania and Zanzibar). A valid ID is nesessary.
- Rooms and Suites subject to availability.
- Advance booking is necessary.
- Activities are as defined by the Resort and subject to change without notice.
- 25% deposit of total room charges is required at time of booking.
- Full and final payment is required no later than 60 days prior to arrival.
- Bookings cancelled 60 – 31 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of total room charges.
- Bookings cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival, will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of total room charges.
