Dedicated to one-of-a-kind experiences, SEARED by One&Only™ is inspired by classic steakhouses around the world, with our own Los Cabos twist. Created with Michelin-starred chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten in collaboration with SEARED Executive Chef Stuart Roger, the restaurant’s exceptional menu and stunning setting make for an unforgettable night out.

An elevated surf and turf concept, our menu also features fresh, local seafood including lobsters cooked to your liking. Ease into proceedings with velvety slices of Hamachi sashimi and beef carpaccio with truffle fritters – a signature of Chef Jean-Georges – before tackling the main event; rich, perfectly marbled cuts of meat, or fresh-from-the-ocean seafood, accompanied by moreish sides.
