Experience Temazcal

An illuminating awakening ritual, temazcal is an ancient Mayan ceremony led by our Mexican Spiritual Healer. Meaning “house of heat”, temazcal has been practised for health and purification since pre-Hispanic times.

Cleansing Copal

This traditional healing experience begins with a cleansing ritual pairing aromatic copal incense with herb and flower infused waters to ease the mind. A deep body massage using an array of traditional healing tools and unique stretching techniques to help coax your body into a deep state of relaxation and renewal.

Sacred Cacao

Cultivate awareness and release blocked energy with a traditional Mayan Cacao Ceremony. This healer-led journey honours the sacred spirit of the cacao with ancestral rituals passed down through generations. During this 60-minute session, you’ll open your heart to new possibilities and deep connections.

Sunrise Purification Ceremony

Embark on a spiritual journey designed to greet the day and invigorate the senses. Drawing inspiration from the revered Mayan tribe of Mexico, your sunrise purification ceremony embraces the first rays of morning sun with the traditional burning of copal incense and medicinal herbs renowned for their purification properties − cleansing aura, mind, and spirit. Next, backed by the soothing rhythms of indigenous local drums and calming ocean waves, you will be guided through a transcendent meditation ritual, concluding with an ancient praise to the beauty and bounty of Mother Nature herself.
