Chef Andy Toh brings the legendary Hakkasan philosophy to the shores of Los Cabos. A five-course degustation traces the bold, refined flavors that have made Hakkasan a global icon, paired with wines selected by One&Only Palmilla’s Head Sommelier, Andrés Amezcua.

Chef Stylianos Pavlou brings the soul of the Mediterranean to a communal table under the Baja sky, celebrating the Greek tradition that food tastes better when it's shared. A family-style menu, a guitarist and singer duo, and wines chosen to complement every bite make this one of the most convivial nights of the week.

Chef Andrée Nuñez and Chef Stylianos Pavlou take over Pelican Beach for a sun-drenched cookout that is relaxed in spirit but serious in flavor. Welcome drink in hand, toes in the sand, experience what happens when two world-class chefs get a fire, a beach, and a free afternoon.

Brasserie Frantzén at Seared

Chef Johannes Christoffel Fourie channels the celebrated Brasserie Frantzén ethos into a five-course degustation at Seared, where Scandinavian precision meets the warmth of Los Cabos. A saxophonist and violinist provide a soundtrack that is equal parts intimate and dramatic. The penultimate dinner of the week, and it earns every moment.

Handshake Afterparty at Agua Bar

The night is not done yet. Handshake, ranked #2 on the World’s 50 Best Bars list in 2025, takes over Agua Bar for a late-night tropical escape fueled by extraordinary cocktails and a DJ backed by percussion and trumpet. One welcome drink gets you in the door; the rest is entirely up to you.

Masters of Flavour Festival

The grand finale arrives in style to our iconic Turtle Beach shoreline. Ten chefs, live stations of signature savory and sweet bites, a mariachi band, a fire show, and a lineup of wine and spirit stations that stretch as far as the eye can see. Masters of Flavour ends the only way it should: with the whole family together on the beach, under the stars, and making memories.​
