Pet Policy at One&Only Mandarina

  • Pets must weigh less than 50 pounds

  • We do not allow pets in our Treehouses

  • Pets are to be kept on leash at all times

  • Do not leave your pet unattended

  • Pets are not permitted in our restaurants, spa, fitness centre or pool areas including cabanas and daybeds – this does not apply to guide or service dogs

  • Pets are welcome on our beach area

Pet Fees

  • USD 100 charge per pet, per day will be applied to your villa account. An additional pet deposit of USD 3,000 is required for stays in our Private Homes.

Time Zone

Nayarit, Mexico is located within the US Central Time. It is five hours behind Greenwich Mean Time (GMT - 5).

Currency

The peso is the official currency of Mexico. As a result of a change in Mexican regulations, One&Only Mandarina does not accept settlement of any bills in US dollars. Instead, all accounts need to be settled by credit card. One&Only Mandarina does not accept cash payments.
