Minimum Age
There must be at least one guest of minimum 21 years of age, with a valid credit card, present upon check-in at One&Only One Za'abeel. This guest must be holding the payment for the travelling party against his credit card.

Smoking
All indoor areas, public areas and restaurants are strictly non-smoking except Sphere. Smoking is also permitted at the terraces of Andaliman, StreetXO, The Garden pool and Tapasake.

Rate Changes
Please be advised that service charges, fees and taxes (or the introduction of any new fees or taxes) are subject to change at any time without prior notice and One&Only Za'abeel reserves the right to introduce these in accordance with law. One&Only One Za'abeel reserves the right to cancel a stay at a time prior to scheduled departure. In this event a refund will be issued of accommodation pre-payments.
