The minimum age to check in at One&Only One Za’abeel is 21 years for the primary guest.

Check-in starts at 3 PM and check-out is at 12 PM at One&Only One Za’abeel.

Complimentary early check-in is offered when booking a Suite, subject to availability, offering added flexibility and comfort.

Guests may use hotel facilities before check-in if occupancy allows.

One&Only One Za’abeel does not offer a Half Board package, but guests can enjoy diverse dining experiences across the hotel.

The hotel does not offer all-inclusive packages, though it provides a wide range of premium dining and leisure options.

Suite benefits include one Longevity Index Assessment at Longevity Hub, afternoon tea at N53, exclusive access to the N53 Lounge, complimentary early check-in and late checkout (subject to availability), luggage packing and unpacking service, complimentary laundry service for up to two items per stay, and dedicated host service.

One&Only One Za’abeel is not a pet-friendly hotel.

Complimentary high-speed WiFi is available throughout the hotel.

Dubai has warm, sunny weather throughout the year, with mild winters (20–28°C) and hot summers (35–45°C). The best time to visit Dubai and enjoy outdoor experiences is from October to April, when the days are pleasant and evenings cooler.

There is no strict hotel dress code for One&Only One Za'abeel.

Complimentary parking is available for hotel guests and selected outlets and facilities, including Nobu One Za'abeel, Culinara, Andaliman, Clinique La Prairie, SIRO Gym & Padel, Garden Pool, TAPASAKE, and Banquet and F&B Events.

For Aelia, N53 and Maison Devoille, 3 hours of complimentary valet parking is available. After the complimentary period, a parking fee of AED 75 per hour will apply.

Parking is also available for non-hotel guests visiting the property with an additional charge.

All reported lost and found items are carefully documented and kept in safekeeping until claimed by their rightful owner. In accordance with local regulations, any unclaimed items are handed over to Dubai Police after a one-month retention period. If you have lost something at the hotel, please contact our Connectivity Centre.

Airport transfers are available at an additional charge.

RTA taxis from Dubai Airport to One&Only One Za’abeel cost around AED 80, while DTC (Bolt) taxis range from AED 90-100, with a travel time of around 15–20 minutes depending on traffic. For a luxury Dubai airport transfer, the hotel can arrange a BMW i7 for up to 3 passengers with 3 luggage cases at AED 650 per way, or a Mercedes Viano for up to 5 passengers with 6 luggage cases at AED 850 per way.

City taxis cost AED 261–319, Comfort taxis AED 382–489, and Executive taxis AED 540, with a travel time of about 1 hour 20 minutes depending on traffic. The hotel can also arrange luxury transfers, including a BMW i7 for 3 passengers with 3 luggage cases at AED 1600 per way, or a Mercedes Viano for 5 passengers with 6 luggage cases at AED 1900 per way.

The hotel does not offer a complimentary airport shuttle service.

There is no specific dress code during Ramadan, except at Amassi, where conservative attire is recommended.

Guests may continue using hotel facilities after check-out if occupancy allows.

Guests receive a guest satisfaction survey link 24 hours after check-out, allowing them to share highlights of their stay and provide feedback on every part of their experience from check-in to check-out. This helps us continually enhance the guest experience.

No, One&Only One Za’abeel is a non-smoking property, and smoking is not permitted in the rooms. A fine of AED 2,000 will apply if a guest smokes in the room.

One&Only One Za’abeel caters for people with disabilities and is an IBCCES Certified Autism Center™, with trained teams and accessible facilities to support a comfortable stay.

Smoking is permitted in the Nobu Bar & Lounge. Smoking is not permitted in the Nobu restaurant. The N53 Cigar Lounge, Infinity Pool and designated smoking area at The Garden Pool also permit smoking.

Nobu One Za'abeel - Credit card details are required as a guarantee for bookings of six or more guests on weekdays and four or more guests on weekends. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the confirmed reservation time, or no-shows, incur a charge of AED 150 per person. Please contact the relevant restaurant for its cancellation policy.
