Three Distinct Dining Experiences

Rising from the ocean, Reethi is breezy and bright by day, serving an array of breakfast dishes on our spectacular over-water veranda. By night, it transforms into a dramatic food theatre. Here, the floor is arranged into three distinct dining experiences: Earth – for fine French fare, Fire – which whips up the full spectrum of Asian flavours with vibrant Indian, Maldivian, Sri Lankan, Chinese and Thai specialities, and Aqua – the section for seafood lovers, delivering authentic Italian flavours.

Culinary soirée

Join us for an international signature night, which highlights both the most celebrated and lesser known hero dishes. For a ‘Taste of Asia’, diners can delve into the umami flavours of spicy Thai salads, and sweet and sticky Peking duck every Saturday. Watch as chefs toss your choice of fresh vegetables into a fiery wok and sling smoky sheesh and kakori kebabs from the tandoor.


Our intimate private dining experience

Bordered by two walk-in wine cellars, Epicure serves as a unique private dining space. A sommelier’s nirvana, here you can dine with more than 16,000 bottles as your companions – with some of the world’s best varieties from Cape Town to California and Cote du Rhone. The resort regularly invites celebrated winemakers to host dinners, perfectly pairing their best vintages with the chef’s creations.

Aqua Night

An exciting culinary experience as our chefs present a mouthwatering array of dine Italian charcuterie. Homemade pasta, gnocchi and risotto with selected grill items and delectable desserts.
