14:00 hours/2.00pm. Earlier access is subject to availability on day of arrival.

Check-out Time
12:00 hours/12.00pm noon. For guests requiring a later check-out, a fee equal to 50% of the room rate is applicable up to 18:00 hours/6.00pm and a full night’s rate is required after this time.

Airport Transfers
One&Only Reethi Rah provides shared luxury boat transfers for all guests arriving and departing on standard scheduled international flights from/to Velana International Airport. The resort can also arrange private seaplane transfers for guests; shared seaplane transfers are not available. For private jet arrivals and departures, it is compulsory to reserve a private transfer, either by boat or yacht. We suggest you share the flight details as soon as available to ensure the transfer arrangements.

Full guest details including names, ages of children and international flight arrival and departure dates and times are required.

Arrival Information
Our airport representatives will welcome guests at the arrival terminal in the airport where they will be holding the resort’s sign board “One&Only”. They will guide them to the yacht/boat which will transfer them to our Resort. Our counter number in the airport is counter 15.

Departure Information
Our Resort is one (1) hour ahead of Male City time and guests are required to be at the airport at least 3 hours prior departure. A letter will be given to the guests a day prior to their departure date with departure details and will be communicated to them by their Host.

Transfers require prepayment and are subject to availability for last minute amendments of travel dates. No-show or a cancellation of a confirmed booking will be subject to 100% charges. For private seaplane arrangements, Maldivian Air Taxi requires a 14-day booking notice.

Passport and Visa Requirements
Full legal names of all guests and children's ages must be provided at time of booking. A valid passport with minimum 1-month validity and proof of citizenship is required to travel to and from the Republic of Maldives.

Tourist visas are granted for all nationalities to the Maldives. Please contact the Maldives Embassy or Consulate for more details. Failure to provide the air carrier or government officials with necessary documents and valid passport will lead to denial of flight boarding.
