Join us for an exclusive two-day culinary experience with celebrated chef Matthew Kenney, April 23rd and 24th. Discover the essence of plant-based cuisine, while celebrating the indigenous produce and flavours of Mexico with a lively cooking demo and luncheon plus an intimate wine dinner hosted by Chef Kenney and Querciabella Wines.

Join Executive Chef Sandro Falbo each Wednesday evening as he transforms our enchanted culinary Herb Garden into a traditional Roman-style trattoria. Modeled after the authentic menus found throughout his homeland, Chef Sandro will be creating an array of classic Italian favorites including handcrafted pizzas, calzones and bruschetta, complemented with a selection of fresh salads and authentic Italian desserts.
