Terms & conditions

  • 20% savings on food and beverage is applicable across all dining outlets, excluding Trèsind and Viva La Goa.
  • 20% savings on spa treatments must be redeemed during the stay and prior to check-out. The offer applies to treatments at One&Only Spa, Oriental Hammam and Bastien Gonzalez, excluding retail purchases and AMA Hair Salon services.
  • Children stay and dine free when sharing the same meal plan as the accompanying adult. Complimentary dining is based on the adult's booked meal plan. For example, if the adult books a Bed & Breakfast rate, the child receives complimentary breakfast only. If the adult books a Breakfast & Dinner rate, the child receives complimentary breakfast and dinner from the children's menu.
  • All benefits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Benefits are not applicable from 28 December 2026 to 2 January 2027 and 28 December 2027 to 2 January 2028.
  • Benefits are valid only for the duration of the stay and cannot be combined with other promotions. They are not applicable to special events, tobacco, shisha or retail items, unless stated otherwise.

At Arabian Court, children stay and dine complimentary on the same meal plan as accompanying adults for eligible stays from 15 September 2026 until 31 March 2027, excluding the Festive period.

What can families experience at the resort?

Families can enjoy pools, the beach, KidsOnly activities and nature experiences including beekeeping and Arabian birdwatching. Complimentary daily waterpark access is also included within the offer.

What experiences can be arranged beyond the resort?
